PPG Industries, Inc., appeals from an order refusing to order discovery to the extent requested. Having heard oral argument from counsel for the parties and upon consideration of the record and briefs, we are unable to say that the district court abused its discretion in balancing the interests of the parties, and we therefore affirm the district court, for the reasons stated in its opinion of October 16, 1986.
