A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal of that court's order dismissing the action with prejudice is without merit. We dispense with oral argument because the appeal is frivolous, deny Abramson's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Abramson v.
