Dimock, J., denying, without hearing, his motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, attacking a conviction for violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174 on the ground that the conviction was procured through evidence obtained by illegal search and seizure. We affirm in open court Judge Dimock's denial of the petitioner's motion without hearing. The files and records of the case conclusively show that the prisoner is entitled to no relief.
