THE COURT:
The majority opinion in this matter is modified as follows:
In the second full paragraph on page 7 of the opinion, the last sentence and
accompanying citation are amended to read: “An order for restitution is one
‘compelling a UCL defendant to return money obtained through an unfair business
practice to those persons in interest from whom the property was taken.’ (Kraus v.
Trinity Management Services, Inc., supra, 23 Cal.4th at pp. 126-127.)”
This modification does not affect the judgment.
