Per Curiam

Kenneth Shibley filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Fred Davis, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition to correct sentence filed December 3, 2003, and a motion for credit against sentence for time spent in custody filed January 28, 2004. On June 3, 2004, Judge Davis entered an order disposing of the petition and motion. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
