Billy Joe Campbell entered a plea of guilty to multiple felony charges in 2002 and was sentenced to an aggregate term of 600 months of imprisonment. He subsequently filed a timely petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 37.1, in the trial court. That petition was denied without a hearing. Campbell appeals that order.

Appellant filed a pro se brief that lacked the proper abstract required by our rules and was directed to submit a substituted brief within fifteen days. Campbell v. State, CR 03-570 (Ark. April 28, 2005) (per curiam). Before that substituted brief was due, appellant, who is in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Corrections, filed a motion seeking an extension of time to file the substituted brief. We granted the motion and set a date for appellant's brief to be due in fifteen days. Campbell v. State, CR 03-570 (Ark. June 23, 2005).

Currently before us is appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief. The motion is granted. Appellant has already tendered the brief, and our clerk is directed to file it as of the dateof this opinion.
