In their verified m o t i o n t o i n t e r v e n e and i n t h e i r t r i a l b r i e f , t h e m a t e r n a l g r a n d p a r e n t s i n d i c a t e d t h a t the c h i l d r e n had been l i v i n g w i t h them f o r 21 months and f o r a l m o s t 2 y e a r s , r e s p e c t i v e l y , s u g g e s t i n g t h a t t h e O c t o b e r 2010 d a t e i s t h e c o r r e c t d a t e .
