CA Codes (wic:1049-1050) WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE
SECTION 1049-1050 




1049.  Subject to the provisions of law relating to the State civil
service, the Youth Authority may appoint, define the duties, and fix
the salary of the superintendent or executive officer of each
institution under this chapter.


1050.  The superintendent of the institutions under this chapter
shall be persons of high moral character, specially qualified for the
position.
