CA Codes (ins:430) INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 430 




430.  The policies issued by every insurer shall be entitled by its
own name or a name approved by the commissioner under Section 881 or
882, printed on each policy in large bold type in at least as large
as any other size type used in the policy or on the face page.
