The certificates of the board of supervisors as to the election of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Auditor, Secretary of State, Treasurer and Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries must be by the judge of probate forwarded to the Governor for the Speaker of the House at least 10 days before the time fixed for the next meeting of the Legislature and must be by the Governor delivered unopened to the speaker on his election.
